A: The cover, model# SF16101 needs to be purchased seperately. We do currently offer it at a cost of $54.99 plus shipping.

Q: what size holes dose this basin come with intake and out put

A: The cover (Model SF16101) , which is sold seperately, has 2 holes that are sized at 2" or 3" for discharge and venting. The side intake hole on the side of the basin is 4".
