Here in Rhode Island we have experienced record flooding and I needed a back up sump pump in case the one I have failed.

My order took almost two weeks to arrive. Good thing I didn't need it sooner. I couldn't buy a sump pump anywhere locally. I would have been willing to spend a few extra dollars for expedited shipping but I don't remember seeing that as an option when I ordered.

Also, the invoice seems to indicate that the pump didn't ship for several days. Maybe you could speed up the process and offer more shipping options. The price was right on, but when people are in a hurry they will pay a little more.

We send the order to the manufacturer within hours of a customer placing it; but it may take time for the manufacturer to ship the unit, especially during times of high demand.
