M82 Still Working At 24 Years
I am amazed that my Zoeller pedestal is still running since I installed it in 1992. I have been thinking about replacing it for the last few years on account of it's age. Since we only get flooding ground water for about 5-6 weeks each year, it seems to always get forgotten about until the snow melts or a large rain storm arrives. I will be going with Zoeller again, but I may switch to a combination unit next, just for the battery back up. If you are thinking about getting a Zoeller, I can't... more

Second One In 26 Years. Hope This One Last
Purchased this M82 pump because I was so impressed with the first one I bought. The first one was replaced mainly due to it's age, still functioned but looked like it needed a rest. A lot has changed with these Zoeller pumps even though they are the same model number. It looks that the base was redesigned and looks to be better if the sump stays wet at times. One thing that really disappointed me is the motor was 100% made in China. It doesn't look as heavy duty as before, and I was under the... more
