Easy to install connected to existing piping with a short extension. The two floats were easy to adjust so the second pump starts only if the water flow is too much for the first pump to handle. Reverse flow valve is quiet the pump is next to the family room in a closet and we have to open the door to hear the pump run.

I had a basement problem and I like the double back up on the pumps it was easy to assemble and install very quiet 5-star rating very good product.

I've got a sump pit 6ft deep that is fed by both ground water and a drainage pipe. In the past during torrential downpours, one pump was insufficient. This double pump set up was up to the task to keep my space dry during the incredible holiday rains in the southeast in 2015. Set up was generally easy but I did have to run a dedicated 20amp circuit to make sure it didn't trip. It also doesn't keep up with the total water volume but manages enough to keep me dry. Overall great set of sturdy pumps.

Everything came quickly. Pump(s) is awesome! Great for peace of mind with the second pump.
