I love these pumps

I purchased and installed this system for a customer who needed two pumps with a battery back-up system. I really liked the efficiency of the StormPro pump and was pleased to be able to purchase a kit with two of the same pumps.
I was particularly pleased that the system automatically alternates primary and secondary pumps. The kit was very complete and reasonably easy to set up. The battery box was a nice plus, with the electronics already mounted on the outside of the box.
Installation was a matter of plugging all of the cords and sensors in the right place. The simple digital display makes set up easy. It comes with heavy zip ties that I used to make handles to lower the batteries into the box. I did not see this in the instructions, however it worked well.
I also like the built-in plug for the optional phone dialer. If the customer chooses to use this feature it can be purchased and added later.

LAST YEARS STORM

I live in a new development in New Jersey. The contractor installed a sump pump that couldn't handle the water. The water would actually reach the top of the sump pump hole like a clogged toilet.
I saw your product online. I decided to get a twin pump to handle the large amount of water during a storm. I also decided on battery back up because my neighbor stated " last year we had storm in the fall , the development lost electrical power . Several homes , with finished basements, were ruined causing $30,000 in damage.
The Storm Pro is not cheap and 2 batteries might be overkill BUT when you have a storm like my neighbor experienced why take a chance. Its PEACE OF MIND"
