We had the Little Giant 9SN sewage pump since our home was built in April 2003. We have been very careful with flushing no Clorox wipes or other clogging products. Now 17 years the Little Giant 9SN started failing and drawing excess current tripping the GFCI circuit. So I ordered the Little Giant 10SN-CIA-SFS from SumpPumps Direct. I hope it lasts 15 years as well. Only time will tell the durability of Little Giant 10SN-CIA-SFS.

This is the third 10SN-CIA-SFS pump I have purchased from Sump Pumps Direct over the years. I have an outside sump in the midwest US sunk into the ground in a graded low spot to take water away from the house and out to the street. This little beast does the trick. I used a marine water-proof connector that makes it easy to remove a failed one and wire in a new one. I save $500 at least each time I order the pump direct and install myself. Shipping always very quick and customer service is excellent. Note - I attribute the repeated failures to my lack of discipline in removing the pump for the winter and re-installing in the spring - I just left out out to freeze in the bitter cold and the pumps have failed after 3+ years.

The last little giant pump I bought was almost 20 years ago. I think that’s a pretty good value for a pump that was running 24 hours a day 365 days a year. This pump is powering three waterfalls and a water wheel with the main fall at 12 feet high. I couldn’t be happier at how lightweight this is, how much volume of water it pushes, and that it is absolutely quiet.

This was just a little over HALF what everybody is selling the same item for. It seems to work excellently with no problems. This replaced my sump pump for the installation of a basement toilet. It's actually quieter than the sump pump was. Best price by a LOT. I would absolutely recommend this company and this pump.

The pump has already stopped (burned up) not even two months after installing it. Not sure what the problem is, maybe bad pump, maybe the location of installation but owner wants the same pump re-installed again.

Just replaced an identical pump that has been in use for at least 3+ years. The old pump float switch had failed to turn off, the float dropped but the pump kept running---for like two weeks. I received a large electrical service bill which was the clue that something was wrong. The pump had been running continuously for about two weeks, pumping like crazy with the switch stuck ON. I tapped the pump with a stick and it shut off. I ordered a new replacement pump with the old pump continuing to work without a problem for another week until I received the new pump and made the replacement.
I can only hope the new Little Giant does half as well as the old one. Outstanding service to say the least.

I ordered this pump as the last item to get before the final inspection on my electrical permit. I was told I would get the pump in 3 business days but it took almost 3 weeks. If I had not called to check on the status of the delivery, I still would not have the pump.
